The journey south to through the Florida keys ending in Key West, ( or Cuba, if your a great swimmer), might start in Miami. As you pass Miami and enter Key Largo you'll notice the change of scene. The hustle bustle, city lights, concrete sidewalks, nonstop action of Miami and Miami Beach, turns into the soft green and blue peace, the occasional Key Deer, the White Herons, Blue Herons, and many other birds that starts your long list of serene sights and sounds as you pass through the upper keys. Did I mention lots of people fishing on the side of the roads and off the many bridges? The order that you will see the "Welcome To" signs once you pass Miami is - Key Largo, Tavernier, Plantation Key, Islamorada, Layton, Marathon, Big Pine Key, Boca Chica, and then Key West.
